Human Resources Business Partner with New York University (New York NY). Serve as strategic HR lead for client leadership across global academic administrative professional and support staff clients across academic centers and institutes. Requires three 3 years of experience as a Human Resources Manager / Coordinator or closely related job/title/occupation at a college or must include the following: Acting as a human resources business partner forcollege/university divisions; serving as a consultant to education administrators on HR matters;Leading and implementing new HR programs and policies; Planning and coordinating hiringactivities; Advising and developing solutions for compliance with labor laws and collectivebargaining agreements; and applying Lean Six Sigma methodology to improve work processes ofhuman resources units.
