Job Description
Company:
The Boeing CompanyBoeing is currently looking for an Experience Product Acceptance Specialists to join their team in San Antonio TX to support the Global Warehouse & Logistics organization under the Boeing Global Services (BGS) business organization.
This position is expected to be 100 onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.
The selected candidates are responsible for but not limited to performing tasks in the areas including receiving inspection at multiple sites partnering with customers for discrepancy resolution being actively engaged in improvement projects and corrective actions. First Pass Quality is a top priority when work is completed.
Position Responsibilities:
- Verifies routine product conformance to design requirements
- Provides objective evidence of results
- Validates work instructions tooling requirements certifications process standards policies and procedures
- Performs auditing surveillance and monitoring
- Identifies and documents discrepancies
- Segregates and controls nonconforming items
- Performs preliminary review and disposition of nonconformance
- Conducts product review with customer during product or process verification
- Identifies repetitive or significant nonconformances and initiates requests for corrective action
This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements a U.S. Person as defined by 22 C.F.R. 120.15 is required. U.S. Person includes U.S. Citizen lawful permanent resident refugee or asylee.
BasicQualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- 3 years of experience in Aerospace Manufacturing Quality or experience in a regulated industry
- 1 years of experience using Microsoft Office Products like Outlook PowerPoint Excel and Word
- 3 years of experience in shipping/receiving quality inspection and/or auditing
- 1 years of experience using strong analytical and problem solving skills
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Associates degree or higher
- 1 years of experience identifying root cause analysis and corrective actions
- 1 years of experience working in a cross functional work environment
- 1 years of experience in a formal or information team leadership role
- Willing and able to work any shift
Shift Statement:
The positions will be supporting either first or second shift.
