Job Description

Following an extensive renovation the Payneham Tavern is ready for a fresh chapterand were looking for a strong experienced Venue Manager to lead the way.

Were seeking someone wellrounded across food & beverage gaming and wagering. This is a rare opportunity to take charge of a revitalized local favourite build a highperforming team and shape the venues ongoing success.

As Venue Manager youll be responsible for the overall operation of the tavern. From frontofhouse to gaming and backofhouse systems youll ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Youll lead by example drive a positive team culture and deliver a consistently excellent customer experience.

Essential requirements:

  • 3 years of Venue Management experience
  • Proven experience managing highvolume F&B
  • Understanding and ability to learn venue reporting and systems
  • P&L understanding and ability to deep dive into financials
  • Experience in a highturnover customer service environment
  • Demonstrated experience in business development and strategic hospitality management
  • Have a market awareness and trend analysis relevant to food and beverage in the area & industry
  • Be able to implement and execute promotions throughout the business successfully
  • Statebased qualifications RP Badge
