Practice Setting: Hospital coverage Call Ratio: 24 call nights per week can vary. Average Number of Cases Per Day: 3 Documentation System/EMR: Epic Annual ER Volume: unknown Number of Operating Rooms: 6 main OR2 CVT OR Hybrid room with 2 cath lab. Description of Ancillary Staff: office staff/ 3 PSR 1 surgery scheduler 2 CMA 1 LPN 1 vascular techs 2 part time MDs practice manager With Hemodialysis Access.
