As a Paralegal youll be a vital member of the transactions team at Rocket Legal functioning as a key partner to the lawyers and other legal Professionals. Youll help manage and craft crucial deals for the Rocket enterprise and organize the corporate governance structure of all things Rocket. In this dynamic role youll be responsible for a wide range of critical legal support duties. Youll work closely with attorneys business colleagues in the procurement capital markets treasury finance and investor relations teams and other stakeholders to ensure the efficient and compliant handling of all legal matters. Your strong attention to detail organizational skills and legal expertise will be essential to the teams success.
About the Role:
Drafting and preparing complex legal documents such as contracts agreements officer certificates resolutions and closing documents
Organizing maintaining and filing an extensive library of legal documents and records in both digital and physical formats
Owning processes related to corporate governance our corporate organization and regular filings with state and federal governing and tax authorities
Analyzing research data including statutes court decisions and legal articles to support the teams work
Adding to our teams integration with all things Artificial Intelligence and finding those inches we can get by leveraging A.I.
About You:
Minimum Requirements:
A demonstrated interest and/or experience in the areas of transactional legal practice including all things finance treasury real estate and capital markets
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively liaise with clients and legal professionals
Proficiency in legal research document management and the use of relevant software and technology
A keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced deadlinedriven environment
Preferred Qualifications:
A minimum of 3 years of experience working as a Paralegal preferably in a transactional law environment
An associates or bachelors degree in a lawrelated field such as Paralegal Studies or Legal Administration
