Wage $60000 annually
Schedule Full Time 8hr shifts Monday Friday

Whatyou will be doing:Youll be responsible forthe management of academic programs in compliance with government and management directives.
Essential functions:
- Monitor and manage all instructors with the academic department to ensure full compliance regarding teaching strategies and classroom management.
- Work as a part of the management team to problemsolve and develop interdepartmental programs.
- Evaluate curricula instructional materials methods and techniques.
- Ensure proper data integrity of all Academic testing processes.
- Ensure the use of TABE diagnostics for student placement in reading and math classes.
- Manage the scheduling and attendance function to ensure accountability and maximum benefit to the students.
- Function as the Disability Coordinator for the center and ensure all PRH requirements related to students disabilities and accommodations are being met.
- Coordinate collaboration between the academic and career technical training programs to include bimonthly meetings and delivery of monthly integrated lessons.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED AND REQUESTED SKILLS:
- Bachelors degree and three 3 years of experience one 1 of which must be in a supervisory capacity.
- Experience developing individual accommodation plans for clients with disabilities and experience developing linkages with disability and mental agencies is preferred.
- Valid drivers license with an acceptable driving record.
