Job Description

In this pivotal role you will lead the development and promotion of entrepreneurial mindset programming and experiences for students across all backgrounds identities and disciplines. Position Number:S99040
This position is a Grade: 11 40 with an approximate salary range of $81450$99080 and is subject to change based on experience skills and qualifications.
Key Responsibilities:
Design implement and oversee all entrepreneurial mindset programs and student experiences.
Establish goals objectives and key performance indicators for core and customized programs annually.
Develop and lead immersive entrepreneurial mindset programs that address student needs.
Design and deliver skillbased programming including design thinking and other creativity and innovation models and recruit guest experts as needed.
Oversee the selection training and supervision of Bakery program participants ensuring continuous improvement in recruitment and programmatic impact.
Manage the Baker Fellows Program.
Oversee financial planning budgeting and spending for the Baker Institute.
Ensure the operational integrity and adherence to policies within the Institute.
Qualifications:
Masters Degree in Entrepreneurship Innovation Project Management or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Five to eight years of related work experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate diverse teams.
Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
A passion for entrepreneurship and a commitment to fostering an entrepreneurial mindset among students.
