Job Description

You will be contacted directly by the facility after applying to this Summit Medical Center is seeking an enthusiastic Family Medicine physician to join an established outpatient practice in Hermitage Certified/Board Eligible by the ABMS or AOA in Family Medicine TN Licensure or ability to obtain DEA with full prescriptive authorityInterest in providing primary care in an outpatient settingCommitment to providing high quality evidenced based patient carePractice SettingEstablished wellmanaged primary care practice outpatient onlyJoin 5 Family Medicine Physicians and 2 Advanced PractitionersOne Location Office located one block from the hospitalIn office services including blood draw EKG spirometry testing hearing testing urine drug testing and xrayPractice Call Only 1:6 Full Time Schedule MF day on Fridays Collegial Environment Busy Practice with growing community needCompensation and BenefitsCompetitive salaryComprehensive benefits package CME and dues allowanceRelocation assistanceNo state income tax
