Were currently looking for a fulltime Spark Site Director to lead at Montclair Elementary School.
Position: Spark Site Director Montclair Elementary
Schedule: MondayFriday 6:158:30 AM & 3:006:00 PM (Wednesdays start at 2:00 PM) Additional hours required for fullday and summer programming
Pay Range: $21.00$29.00/hour (NonExempt Hourly)
Reports To: Lead Site Director

About the Role
As a Spark Site Director youll create a safe inclusive and engaging environment for students before and after school. Youll lead a team ensure compliance with DHHS Child Care licensing requirements and coordinate daily and seasonal programming for children in grades PK5.
Key Responsibilities
- Build strong respectful relationships with students families and staff.
- Communicate effectively with families and colleagues.
- Manage all sitelevel operations including scheduling payroll supply purchasing and attendance tracking.
- Ensure compliance with state regulations for child care and medication administration.
- Mentor and supervise program staff.
- Plan and lead ageappropriate activities.
- Maintain a welcoming and professional site environment.
- Collaborate with Foundation administration on special events and trainings.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Elementary Education Early Childhood or related field (or equivalent experience).
- At least 2 years of experience working with PK5 students preferred.
- Meets DHHS Director requirements.
- Current CPR/First Aid and Prepare to Care certifications (or willingness to complete them).
- Passionate about education leadership and child development.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift/carry 40 lbs. move quickly and participate in active play.
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in all weather.
- Capable of squatting bending crawling and kneeling to fully engage with children.
