The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the of foreign exchange and commodity transactions developing our hedging strategy debt management and performing other treasury functions to optimize our financial operations and mitigate risks. This role requires exceptional analytical abilities a comprehensive understanding of financial principles and strong collaborative skills to work effectively across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelors degree in finance Accounting Economics or a related field
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in treasury finance or a related field with a preferred focus on foreign exchange and derivative instruments.
Technical Skills:Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.Experience with treasury management systems and financial modeling.Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Soft Skills:Excellent communication and presentation skills.Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure. Ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams.
Work Environment:
Location: HYBRID (Milwaukee WI / Rosemont IL)
Type: FullTime
Work Hours: Standard business hours with potential for occasional additional hours during monthend closings or critical projects.
Expected Salary Range: $5279K/year
The salary range provided is intended to display the value of the companys base pay compensation for all statewide locations across the United States. Salary is dependent on a multitude of factors including but not limited to the physical worksite location candidates skill set level of experience education and internal peer compensation comparisons.
