Weve got a new beast in the yarda Hammel shredder built to break down heavy s and prep it for recycling. Now we just need the right person to step up and take the wheel. This is your chance to run a brandnew piece of heavy equipment learn from the ground up and play a key role in keeping our production flowing. If youve got experience on a loader excavator or shredderor youre just eager to learnwe want to hear from you.
Whats In It For You
- Starting Wage: Starting at $20/hr (Days) $21.30/hr (Nights)

What Youll Be Doing:
- Operate our new Hammel industrial shredder to process aluminum s
- Feed the shredder using heavy equipment (loader forklift etc.
- Monitor operations for safety and performance
- Perform daily inspections and assist with maintenance
- Work outdoors and in variable conditions (we provide the gear!
- Stay sharp on safety and communicate with your team
- Troubleshoot problems and help us improve how we run this new machine
Who Were Looking For:
- Experience with heavy equipment (shredder loader skid steer excavator etc.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and a drive to learn something new
- Comfortable working in a handson outdoor environment
- Safetyfocused and reliable
- High School Diploma preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Requirements
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old
- Physical Requirements:
- Able to frequently lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work in both heat and cold environments (we keep it real but weve got you covered with safety gear)
Background & Screening:
- Must be able to pass a background check physical exam and drug screen (Safety first!
Positive Attitude & Motivation:
- A strong desire to learn grow and contribute to the team
- Ready to take on new challenges in a fastpaced environment
Preferred Qualifications (but not required):
- Previous experience in a physical handson role (manufacturing or trades experience a plus)
- Forklift Experience If youve got forklift skills great! If not well get you up to speed.
