The Opportunity

The Sr. Program Manager leads the operational planning managing tracking reporting communication and of key programs across Adobes Field organization. As Program Managers within the Field Technology Portfolio & Product Management (FTPM) Team we work closely with Product Managers IT and internal customers in an Agile methodology to drive programs through to completion. What youll do

  • Lead the creation of all Program Management artifacts for key programs using common frameworks methodologies and standardized practices and approaches. Driving repeatable program engagement across partners within the Worldwide Field Organization IT Business Units and Back Office organizations.
  • Responsible for ensuring programs are designed to meet clearly articulated business objectives and that accurate tracking mechanisms for objectives are established early in the program
  • Orchestrates communications between other Program Managers Product Managers and Senior Leadership to provide clear project visibility
  • Actively manage program risks and develop mitigation plans of critical issues to leadership for timely resolution.
  • Coordinates program plans with Business Change Management team to ensure clear communications and program adoption
  • Brings new practical improvements to iterate on the PMO methodology.
  • Evangelize program scope to maintain focus on core business objectives within time and budget constraints.

What you need to succeed

    • 46 years of experience as a fulltime Sr. program manager leading large global initiatives
    • Experience leading multiple partners involved in solving sophisticated problems using Agile methodologies
    • Extraordinary Crossfunctional collaborator; Inventive problemsolver who can lead key partners to tackle business problems beyond assigning tasks and taking minutes
    • High attention to detail; Strong presentation skills both verbal and written; ability to present effectively at all levels
    • Is a motivated selfstarter who is able to make progress quickly even when there is ambiguity
    • Must have the ability to thrive in a fast paced dynamic demanding and fluid environment and maintain a cando demeanor.
    • Commanding knowledge of various project and process applications (i.e. SharePoint Jira Smartsheet Visio).
    • Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience required
    • Certification in project/program management (e.g. Project Management Institutes PMP) desired.

    Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $106300 $196500 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on jobrelated knowledge skillsand experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

    At Adobe for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC base commission) and shortterm incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Nonsales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and shortterm incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

    In addition certain roles may be eligible for longterm incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
