Job Description
The Ray Auto Group in Fox Lake Il has an immediate opening for an Automotive Service Department BDC a member of our Service BDC team youll be responsible for handling service department calls emails and leads. Youll be maintaining a quality relationship with our current customer base and building new ones in a fastpaced environment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries by phone email chat or text
- Address customer concerns and issues
- Make and schedule appointments accurately and completely
- Able to sit and work at a computer keyboard for extended periods of time
- Maintain a general understanding of the repair process and explain the process to the customer
- Automotive experience a plus
