The Role

Were looking for a highly experienced and handson Principal People Partner to join our People team and support our EMEA and APJ GoToMarket (GTM) organisationprimarily Sales. In this role youll partner closely with senior leaders to advise coach and execute across the full employee lifecycle.

Youll play a critical role in driving our highperformance culture supporting both strategic initiatives and operational delivery. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on ownership operates with a high degree of autonomy and knows how to build credibility and influence across diverse teams and geographies.

What Youll Do

  • Partner with senior Sales leaders across EMEA and APJ to deliver people strategies that support business growth and organisational effectiveness.
  • Own the full People remit for your client groups advising on organisational design scaling succession planning and engagement.
  • Serve as a trusted adviser and coach to managers building their capability and confidence across the employee lifecycle.
  • Roll up your sleeves to deliver operational excellencefrom onboarding to offboardingwith a strong focus on .
  • Drive and support talent programmes in partnership with our global Centres of Excellence (Talent Acquisition Compensation People Operations etc..
  • Analyse trends and surface insights to address challenges (e.g. attrition leadership development regional dynamics).
  • Manage complex employee relations matters with sound judgement and discretion.
  • Build strong crossfunctional relationships to ensure alignment and collaboration across regions and functions.

What Youll Bring

  • 8 years experience as a strategic and operational HR Business Partner ideally within fastpaced or highgrowth environments.
  • Experience supporting multiple geographies
  • Demonstrated success partnering with Sales or other GoToMarket functions.
  • Ability to work autonomously and take full ownership of your client group while staying collaborative and communicative.
  • Proven experience influencing and advising senior leaders in matrixed global organisations.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and switching between strategic thinking and tactical .
  • Excellent interpersonal communication change management and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • A solutionsfocused mindset strong sense of ownership and high integrity.
  • A collaborative transparent approach that fosters trust and open dialogue.
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
  • Willingness to travel internationally 1015 (approx. 57 weeks per year).
