We are seeking skilled service plumbers (Tradesman or Journeyman) with a talent for upselling a desire to help grow a new business and wanting to move into a future management position. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail the ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment excellent problemsolving skills and willingness to learn with the changing landscape of the home trades industry. A friendly positive attitude with a willingness to go above and beyond is essential to succeed in this role. - Diagnose and resolve plumbing challenges with precision expertise and enthusiasm utilizing dynamic innovative tools to help with efficiency and sales.
- Educate and inspire customers on the benefits of plumbing upgrades and enhancements.
- Provide exceptional customer service that exceeds expectations and leaves a lasting impression.
- Maintain accurate records of service calls recommendations and successful upsells to ensure topquality service and followup.
- Utilize Straight Forward Pricing (including all companyapproved forms) correctly on each call
- Wear floor savers while in the clients home and maintain a neat work area while performing a repair or scheduled service
- Test each aspect of the job before leaving a home to make sure everything is working properly. Ensures the job was indeed completed correctly and eliminates unnecessary callbacks after the job is finished.
- Explains each service performed to the client each time a maintenance or repair is completed. Ensures clients are 100 satisfied with all work
- Conveys a safetyconscious attitude both on the job and while driving
- Maintains cleanliness inside and outside of vehicles at all times
- Ability to work evenings and weekends on call
- Valid Texas Plumbing License (Tradesman or Journeyman)
- At least 3 years of experience in plumbing services with a proven track record of excellence
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
- Indepth knowledge of plumbing systems codes and safety regulations
- Exceptional troubleshooting and problemsolving abilities
- Strong communication and outstanding customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Experience with ServiceTitan software (preferred)
