Location: Falmer/ Durrington Hybrid 3/2 Site visits occasionally Driving licence is essential
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 37 hours
Salary: Up to 45000 per annum depending on experience
We are currently recruiting for a Performance & Efficiency lead within our Operational Planning & improvement responsible for the collation reporting & assurance on the TOTEX costs & benefits of the Wastewater Environment plus programme. Reporting to the E Programme Manager you will be carrying out monthly forecasting and variance analysis to input into monthly WW Performance reviews and quarterly financial forecasts.
Key accountabilities includes:
Collation tracking and summary of OPEX & CAPEX costs as well as the OPEX & Outcome Delivery Incentives benefits for the Environment plus programme.
Capture agreed baseline costs benefits from the Technical improvement / Operational solutions teams to enable benefits tracking.
Define benefits earning rules & link to GL codes utilizing tools such as value trees for significant projects
Analyse data to determined efficiency opportunities within new or existing programmes of work
Provide monthly benefits & forecasts reports for the WWLT performance meeting highlighting risk to programme and plans to address slippage
Work with the Finance BPs and OP&PI solutions technical & planning teams to ensure validated financial and nonfinancial monthly measures / KPIs are in place to track programme impact.
Highlight slippage ensure accurate re forecasting and highlight to the OP&PI sustainability lead areas where additional focus is required
