At AMCOR Excavations were gearing up for an exciting new project in the Western Downs and are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Supervisor to join our operations team.
Based on a 2:2 FIFO/DIDO roster this role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fieldbased environment and enjoys variety autonomy and leading by example. Youll be joining a respected civil contractor with a strong pipeline of work across Queensland.
What Youll Do:
In this pivotal role you will:
- Supervise the daytoday operations of civil and gas infrastructure project.
- Supervise and coordinate a large team of personnel including operators labourers subcontractors and plant support.
- Ensure the safe and efficient delivery of projects on time and under budget.
- Liaise with all project stakeholders managing resources labour and subcontractors.
- Plan and program project activities maintaining a focus on safety quality and environmental management.
- Monitor and report project progress contributing to project administration and ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Drive continuous improvement implementing best practices across safety quality cost and program management.

What Were Looking For:
- Demonstrated experience supervising civil and/or gasrelated construction projects.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a large field team.
- Current Open Drivers Licence & White/Blue Construction Card.
- Sound computer and documentation skills (e.g. prestarts reporting basic systems use.
- Commitment to safety quality outcomes and collaborative communication
- Exposure to CSG operations laydown areas culverts pads or fluid haulage (Advantageous).
