The Opportunity

Adobe Digital Advertising Learning & Publishing business (DALP) is searching for a seasoned Strategic sales specialist (Enterprise Segment) to be part of our platform sales teams.

As part of our Enterprise sales specialist team you will drive quarterly/annual bookings for the designated solution stack. The strategic Enterprise sales role will involve engaging with large/strategic organizations in a specific geo and positioning the Adobe Learning Manager platform.

Some of our most successful sales executives take a consultative approach and establish themselves as trusted advisors for our prospective clients.

The ideal candidate must have prior sales experience a flair for customer presentations and compelling demonstrations. They must also be confident in discussing our solutions and technology with business users and IT at all levels.

What Youll Do

Build and implement a strategic and longterm account strategy.

By understanding your customers needs and business objectives you can drive specific product revenue in your accounts and build solid and lasting relationships with them.

The Enterprise sales specialist finds leads develops presentations and sales propositions negotiates contracts and pricing and manages the entire sales cycle via solutionselling techniques.

The potential candidate should be adept at engaging Csuite stakeholders and decisionmakers.

Maintain and grow existing client base including expanding new offerings in collaboration with our customer success teams.

Acquire and maintain a working knowledge of the complete capabilities of our solution offerings.

Maintain an active pipeline of forecasted opportunities to meet monthly quarterly and annual quota objectives.

Convert customer challenges into new opportunities & be creative in building and implementing solution scenarios based on customers needs and Adobe product portfolio.

Work with cross functional teams (Product Marketing Finance and Engineering) to provide customer feedback and drive regional revenue opportunities.

Collaborate with onsite GTM teams to leverage any existing relationship within a targeted account.

Maintain uptodate knowledge of the competitive positioning of assigned Adobe solutions in the marketplace.

What you need to succeed

Excellent communication and presentation skills with a topnotch customer service approach

Proven Track record selling Complex Enterprise Solutions & ability to forge and maintain good business relationships.

Experience in selling a learning platform or a content management platform.

Prior experience of selling a SAAS platform end to end.

Proven experience in using quantitative and qualitative analysis to assess customer relationships and make recommendations for each account.

Ability to remain calm in a fastpaced work environment and to demonstrate thoughtful leadership in assessing problems/ opportunities and recommending an approach to solving problems and pursuing opportunities.

Ability to work successfully in a team environment with your Adobe ecosystem including Renewal Specialists CSMs Solution Consultants SDRs and Marketing.
