Description
Our client is looking for a Project Supervisor to join their team in Welkom FS. This is a permanent role with a 3month probation period. The ideal candidate will be detailoriented and will support the Projects Manager in overseeing plant hire projects product sourcing and delivery and construction services.
Responsibilities:
- Provide daily reports to management on project status.
- Complete relevant project paperwork as instructed by the Project Manager.
- Work with project site agents to ensure project efficiency.
- Prepare and review daily work plans for employees.
- Assist in obtaining quotations and preparing tenders.
- Support the Project Manager in ensuring project compliance and quality.
- Assist employees as required by the Project Manager.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a National Diploma in Project Management (a degree is an added advantage).
- Understanding of project management with fleet experience. Administrative and organizational skills are essential. (Knowledge of QMS and ISO is an added advantage).
- Experience in Project Supervision (Yellow fleet experience is an added advantage).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel and Outlook).
- Strategic thinking analytical abilities and strong planning and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English Sesotho and Afrikaans.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Minimum Code 8 Drivers license.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Selfmotivated individuals passionate about making a significant impact and managing challenging roles in a growing company.
- Salary: negotiable.
