Clinical Service Representative I
The Department of Neurosurgery at the University of Florida is seeking a fulltime Clinical Service Representative I who will serve as the department receptionist and switchboard operator.
The Clinical Service Representative I serves as the Department of Neurosurgerys receptionist and operator. Duties include answering calls from patients physicians attorneys and other Health Center personnel and routing the calls appropriately. The receptionist is also responsible for greeting visitors to the department and routing them to their destinations.
Other responsibilities include handling requests for phone repairs and maintenance receiving and distributing packages serving as backup to obtain radiological films and clinical notes maintaining the supply inventory and pick up and distribution of office and U.S. mail.$16.42$17.91 hourly;commensurate with education and experience.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Knowledge of correct spelling and grammar. Ability to verify data for accuracy and completeness. Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
