As a Doctors Technician you will provide outstanding customer service to patients collaborate with the clinical team and play a crucial role in delivering highquality eye care services.

**Responsibilities:**
**Physicians Eyecare Group Clinical Duties:**
Provide assistance in Diagnostic PreTesting Digital Refraction Contact Lens care and other clinical activities following PEG standards.
Communicate effectively with supervising PEG physician for patient care guidance.
Enhance the patients clinical experience and maintain clinical care standards.
Handle contact lens insertion and removal and manage clinical supplies as needed.
Ensure accuracy of patient information and meet clinical performance goals.
**Operational Duties:**
Deliver exceptional patient experiences and support store goals and initiatives.
Greet patients understand their needs promote products and facilitate sales.
Collaborate between retail and professional services for seamless patient care.
Manage appointments resolve patient complaints and maintain brand standards.
Maintain patient records confidentially and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Assist in customer repairs lens assembly and delivery accuracy.
Monitor lab area standards equipment maintenance and order fulfillment timelines.
Perform duties to uphold brand standards and fulfill customer orders promptly.
**Key Qualifications:**
1 year experience in customer service.
Strong multitasking and communication skills in a team setting.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Flexible work hours based on business needs.
Proficiency with Microsoft Suite 365.
Optical experience is a plus.
