Job Description
Job Summary:
The Instrument Builder position will be based out of Emerson SPARK Saudi
In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Follows safety guidelines and report unsafe conditions to supervision.
- Performs tasks at workstations such as: standard assembly operations perform calibrations
requiring judgment to assure conformance to specifications. - Performs testing and part quality verification basic solving and repairs inspection/Out of Box
- Quality (OBQ) and packing of finished product.
- Maintaining the equipment and working tools in good working conditions.
- Follow the procedures and requirements of the Quality Management system.
- Maintenance of equipment and spare part list.
- Collaborate with the manufacturing/production engineer to improve production process.
- Maintain the confidentiality of the information.
- Proactive attitude towards the process of continuous improvement and the quality maintenance
- with ability for multitask on production line.
- Maintain a safe organized and clean working environment and facility.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the direct supervisor or Management.
- Operates machines using appropriate gauging and tooling and makes basic adjustments toassure conformance to specifications.
- Recommend changes to improve safety quality delivery or cost measures and participates inthe revision of manufacturing procedures.
- Performs daily organization and cleanup of work area per 5S1 requirements.
- Performs multiple production tasks to allow for effective job rotations.
- Follows lean principles.

For this Role You Will Need:
- Candidates should have a technical diploma degree or equivalent (Instrumentation preferred).
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
- He should have knowledge of manufacturing function with minimum 23 years experience.
