Job Description
The Receptionist / Cashier will be responsible for answering incoming calls directing calls to appropriate associates and flow of correspondence while cashing out all Parts & Service customers.

Standards & Responsibilities:
- Answers incoming calls and directs the caller to the appropriate person if asked for by name or department.
- Cashing out all Service & Parts customers
- Completing change orders for the dealership
- Communicates with callers in a professional courteous and efficient manner minimizing the time a caller is put on hold.
- Takes messages if requested by the caller including full name time of call reason for call and return number.
- Communicate messages to the appropriate party promptly.
- For general inquiries provides callers with information such as company address directions to the company location company fax numbers company website and other related information.
Qualifications:
- Ability to be analytical problem solve and multitask
- Consistent and stable work history
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
- All potential employees must pass preemployment testing including a background check and drug screen
Schedule: MondayFriday: 9 AM 6 PM
Pay: $16/ Hour
