Amazons legal department is looking for an experienced and talented Legal Program Manager to help our legal Program Management Organization with tool and technology related workstreams aimed at identifying new key functionalities developing trainings creating knowledgesharing mechanisms and supporting the Operations legal teams in a variety of project and programbased initiatives.
A successful candidate will be able to work efficiently and independently in a fastpaced environment communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing manage high volumes of tasks and projects with little guidance react with appropriate urgency to situations and events that require a quick response or turnaround take effective action without knowing the whole picture think creatively and strategically exercise strong judgment and be proactive and innovative in solving problems that affect customers. The candidate will also be customerservice oriented and have great attention to detail while still meeting tight deadlines strong organizational skills and the ability to easily switch gears. A high level of professionalism integrity and discretion in handling confidential information as well as the ability to work well with people at all levels are essential.

3 years of program or project management experience Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements Experience working cross functionally with tech and nontech teams Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
3 years of driving end to end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership experience 3 years of driving process improvements experience Experience in stakeholder management dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization Experience building processes project management and schedules Masters degree or Bachelors degree in business operations human resources adult education organizational development instructional design or related field Strong written and oral communication skills Ability to influence without authority across teams and levels Sound judgment in ambiguous situations Familiarity with data visualization and project tracking tools
