Experienced Sales Performance Analyst

The Boeing Global Services (BGS) Commercial Sales Operations organization is seeking an Experienced Sales Performance Analyst in Dallas Texas.

The Sales Performance and Analyst position is key to enhancing the operational efficiency and success of the sales organization through datadriven insights strategic support and process optimization. This role involves consolidating and tracking sales across all BGS business units and regional teams ensuring accurate reporting in collaboration with finance. Responsibilities include tracking key performance metrics managing projects and utilizing digital tools to improve processes decisionmaking and sales performance visibility. The role works closely with Sales Operations Regional Account Sales and other business units to improve internal processes drive compliance and provide senior leadership with actionable reports and executivelevel presentations. Additionally the position involves setting quarterly and annual sales targets performing data analysis building data visualizations and enhancing information flow through Salesforce processes. A strong candidate will excel in analytical operational and communication skills managing multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment and collaborating effectively with crossfunctional teams.

This position is expected to be 100 onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite.

Position Responsibilities:

• Assists in the development of Services sales order forecasts and longrange business planning.
• As a result of business needs identified by management populates business data systems in a timely manner for use in strategic and tactical decisionmaking. Develops and improves databases.
• Possesses systems thinking knowledge and experience to influence best practices and process management.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Demonstrates analytical competence to collect analyze synthesize and integrate data. Must be selfmotivated and complete complex tasks with minimal direction; attention to detail is critical. Ensures followup action for issue resolution. Forward thinker who anticipates leaders needs and requests.
• Shows confidence professionalism and leadership ability to facilitate executive leadership meetings and drive out assigned action items.
• Experienced working in a fastpaced environment with quickturn deadlines.
• Works independently with senior executives and managers to collaborate on projects create solution proposals present and collect information and execute based on a set plan. Serves as an organization representative or leader on crossfunctional teams that may include executives.
• Ability to take complex projects and/or issues and provide simplified solutions for crossfunctional teams to carry out.
• Coding experience (Python JavaScript Vue SQL R Power Pivot / Power Query Editor) is highly desired.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• 4 or more years of experience interfacing with senior and executive leadership
• Skilled in Project Management
• Financial Performance Acumen
• Strong Written and Verbal Communication skills
• Advanced Data Analysis Experience
• Expert Microsoft Office Skills

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Preferred experience supporting a partsfocused business
• Works with minimal direction to complete complex tasks
• Experience with artificial intelligence (AI) tools in a business environment
