Job Description
Prepare food items adheres to recipes and portion control standards and oversee the production of all food items creates stocks sauces gravies and soups.
Responsibilities
- Prepares food in multiple venues.
- Adheres to standards for preparation reading formulas portioning cooking and presentation of all food items.
- Ensures excellent quality of food and proper presentation.
- Ensures adherence to recipes and timeliness of all food products.
- Upholds cleanliness standards for kitchen operations kitchen equipment and kitchen tools.
- Promotes the Big Six and encourages a Fun Friendly Quick Comfortable Clean and Safe Environment.
- Performs other jobrelated duties as assigned.
