Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled QA Lead to independently lead the testing efforts across projects while contributing handson as an individual contributor. The ideal candidate should have strong manual testing skills be wellversed in automation testing and possess the ability to support and enhance automation frameworks. Knowledge of SQL for data validation and backend testing is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
Own and lead endtoend testing activities for assigned projects.
Design and execute manual test cases based on business requirements and technical specifications.
Collaborate with developers and automation engineers to improve test coverage and efficiency.
Write and execute SQL queries for backend validation and data integrity checks.
Coordinate with crossfunctional teams and act as the point of contact for QA activities in your projects.
Track and manage defects ensuring timely resolution and retesting.
Report on testing progress risks and issues to stakeholders.

Participate in Agile ceremonies

Required Skills:
8 years of QA experience with solid manual testing skills.
Working knowledge of automation testing tools such as Selenium TestNG or equivalent.
Experience in supporting or developing automation frameworks.
Strong SQL skills for writing and executing queries.
Familiarity with testing webbased applications and APIs.
Good understanding of QA processes Agile methodologies and defect management.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in version control systems like Git.
Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins.
Exposure to performance or security testing is a plus.

Experience in Azure Devops
