Job Description & Summary: We are looking for a seasoned Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL)
Responsibilities:
Implement and configure Salesforce Field Service Lightning FSL to meet business needs.
CustomizeFSLfeatures such as Work Orders Service Appointments and Scheduling rules.
IntegrateFSLwith systems like SAP or Boomi to enable seamless data flow.
Write and maintain Apex classes and test classes ensuring high code quality.
Handle data migrations between systems with efficiency and accuracy.
Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Document and execute unit tests for developed functionalities.
Optimize field service processes usingFSLcapabilities improving overall efficiency.
Mandatory skill sets:
Strong proficiency in Salesforce including Apex Lightning Web Components (LWC) SOQL and Salesforce Flows.
Solid experience working withFSLspecific features like the Dispatcher Console and Mobile App.
Knowledge of integration tools APIs and handling offline capabilities inFSL.
Strong problemsolving analytical and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively and deliver highquality solutions within deadlines.

Preferred skill sets:
Salesforce Field Service Consultant Certification (highly preferred).
Additional certifications such as Salesforce Administrator or Platform Developer I are advantageous.
