The Room Service & Minibar Attendant is responsible for creating a pleasant inroom dining experience for guests and maintaining in guest room mini bar inventory processing charges and restocking accordingly.
SCHEDULE: Primarily mornings. Must be able to work flexible schedule weekends and holidays based on business demands.
WORK EXPERIENCE: Minimum 1year serving experience equivalent or a combination of education and experience. Minimum of oneyear customer service experience in a previous position where the primary job duty is direct customer service is required.
EDUCATION: High School Diploma or equivalent.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Combination of standing walking and moving for 8 hours. Ability to walk around the hotel carry trays push and pull carts go up and down stairs stoop kneel lift up to 50 lbs. and push/pull up to 100 lbs.

The Room Service & Minibar Attendant is responsible for creating a pleasant room dining experience for guests memorize food & beverage menus learn about the guests food and beverage preferences allergies and recommend menu items and offer alternatives. Additional responsibilities include maintaining in guest room mini bar inventory processing charges and restocking accordingly. The Room Service & Minibar Attendant is an integral part of our team and works side by side with managers and associates on a daytoday basis to anticipate and meet guests needs. We are looking for someone who will help us maintain our high quality standards who will help develop new ideas and ways to improve our guest satisfaction scores.
