Lead a 124Place Centre with Purpose Busy Bees at Wyndham Vale

Are you a passionate and experienced early childhood leader ready to manage a thriving and dynamic service Busy Bees at Wyndham Vale is looking for a confident and capable Centre Director to lead our beautiful 124place centre in Wyndham Vale Victoria.

Youll lead a highperforming team foster strong relationships with families and the community and ensure the delivery of exceptional early childhood education and care.

About the Role

• Oversee daily operations of a 124place early learning centre

• Lead and mentor a team of educators and room leaders

• Ensure full compliance with the NQF NQS and Busy Bees policies

• Build meaningful relationships with families and local community

• Manage enrolments budgets staffing and occupancy

• Work closely with your Area Director and the broader national support team

What Youll Need

• ACECQAapproved Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education

• Experience as a Centre Director or 2IC in a similarsized service

• Strong knowledge of EYLF NQS and regulatory frameworks

• Proven leadership team management and communication skills

• Budgeting rostering and operational experience

• Current Working with Children Check (VIC)

• Valid First Aid CPR Asthma & Anaphylaxis certification

• Child Protection / Mandatory Reporting certificate
