If you enjoy working with team members whose defining characteristics are exceptional client service initiative professionalism responsiveness and adaptability you may be the person we are seeking to join our Finance Operations department in our Chicago office as an Accounts Receivable Coordinator.

The Accounts Receivable Coordinator role supports the Firms U.S. accounts receivable management capability through of administrative and clerical tasks. Key responsibilities include the management of central email boxes generating reports executing processes disseminating information and contributing to projects and other assignments.

Responsibilities

Essential Functions:

  • Addresses inquiries generates reports manages central shared mailboxes
  • Disseminates information to partners clients and colleagues
  • Executes departmental processes
  • Supports departmental tasks and projects
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Education/Training/Certifications:

  • Bachelors degree preferred
  • An equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered in lieu of a degree when the experience has been directly related to the functions of the job

Professional Experience:

  • Minimum one year of professional experience preferred
  • Experience working in a law firm or professional services environment preferred

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products required
  • Technological savviness required
  • Strong ability to quickly learn software applications required

  • Meticulous attention to detail quality and accuracy in of tasks
  • Polished communication skills both written and verbal

The typical pay scale for this position is between $70300 and $92900 although the actual wage or salary could be lower or higher if the candidates education experience skills and internal pay alignment are different from those specified.
