What youll be doing:
Working with the service desk team on end user support through a ticketing system
Handle in officesupport needs that are workspace and desk technology related
Participating in team meetings and department initiatives

We are currently looking for summer internship professionals to join us for Summer 2025. This is a fulltime internship with a start date in June.
Basic Qualifications:
Pursuing a Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship now or at any time in the future
Ability to complete the entire summer internship starting on June 9 2025
Preferred/Desired Qualifications:
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Eagerness to learn and stay updated with the latest cybersecurity trends and threats
Strong academic track record (Minimum GPA: 3.0

For Minnesota the expected salary range for this position is between $30/hr. and $35/hr. The range for the position in other geographies may vary based on market differences. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
