Job Description
- Conduct comprehensive audits of data within the Agency Management System.
- Identify and rectify data discrepancies and inaccuracies promptly.
- Provide detailed reports summarizing audit findings and implemented corrective actions.
- Establish and enforce data entry standards and best practices.
- Regularly review and optimize system configurations to maintain accuracy.
- Update and maintain procedure manuals related to data integrity and system management.
- Train and coach staff on proper data entry methods and accuracy protocols.
- Provide continuous feedback to teams to improve data handling.
- Conduct periodic workshops to reinforce quality assurance standards.
- Identify opportunities for system improvements to enhance workflow efficiency.
- Assist with implementing new technology and software updates.
- Act as the agencys primary contact for software providers/vendors for issue resolution.
- Develop and generate comprehensive reports to aid internal analysis and strategic decisionmaking.
- Document processes and provide actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Agency Management Systems (AMS360 Applied Epic HawkSoft or similar).
- Prior experience in the insurance industry preferred.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word Outlook).
