Reporting to the Director of Strategic Intiatives at Deland Gibson the Operations Quality Control Specialist is responsible for auditing managing and maintaining the accuracy of data within our Agency Management System. The successful candidate will have exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to): Data Auditing: - Conduct comprehensive audits of data within the Agency Management System.
- Identify and rectify data discrepancies and inaccuracies promptly.
- Provide detailed reports summarizing audit findings and implemented corrective actions.
Data Management & Quality Control: - Establish and enforce data entry standards and best practices.
- Regularly review and optimize system configurations to maintain accuracy.
- Update and maintain procedure manuals related to data integrity and system management.
Training & Team Support: - Train and coach staff on proper data entry methods and accuracy protocols.
- Provide continuous feedback to teams to improve data handling.
- Conduct periodic workshops to reinforce quality assurance standards.
System Optimization: - Identify opportunities for system improvements to enhance workflow efficiency.
- Assist with implementing new technology and software updates.
- Act as the agencys primary contact for software providers/vendors for issue resolution.
Reporting & Analysis: - Develop and generate comprehensive reports to aid internal analysis and strategic decisionmaking.
- Document processes and provide actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
Our Ideal Candidate Has: - Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Agency Management Systems (AMS360 Applied Epic HawkSoft or similar).
- Prior experience in the insurance industry preferred.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word Outlook).
