Work Schedule:
100 FTE Monday Friday 8 hour days between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm. No weekends holidays or call. Hours may vary based on the needs of the department.

As an Advanced Practice Provider youll play an integral role in our inpatient and ambulatory care teams by providing highquality costeffective care to patients.
We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistantto:
Education:
If Nurse Practitioner:Masters or Doctorates degree from accredited Nursing Program.
If Physician Assistant:Bachelors or Masters degree from accredited PA Program.
Licenses and Certifications:
Minimum State of Wisconsin NP or PA licensure
If Nurse Practitioner*:
If Physician Assistant*:
