Job Description

You will be contacted directly by the facility after applying to this are seeking an Orthopedic Spine Surgeon or Neurological Surgeon in Northern VA to join a busy and established private practice. 2024 start!The ideal candidate will be an American Board of Spine Surgery Boarded Physician interested in a mixed practice heavily focused on Spinal diseases and conditions spine care and diagnosis and treatment of spinal diseases and will have access to a multispecialty team of an experienced board certified orthopedic spinal surgeon and 3 board certified anesthesiologists with interventional pain management Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):Performing routine examinations specific to orthopedic function and musculoskeletal diseasePerforming hospital based spine procedures and spine surgeryCreating and managing patient treatment plansObserving patient outcomesrecommending changes to the treatment plan as necessaryDocumenting all aspects of the patient experience via EMREnsuring the highest level of customer satisfaction throughout all aspects of treatmentAdherence to medical state medical board guidelines laws and restrictionsCollaboration and supervision of the PAsIncentive/benefits package:Competitive compensation and benefitsPartnership opportunity
