We are a rapidly expanding senior home care agency seeking a highenergy resultsdriven marketer to expand our client base and build strong referral networks. This is a base salary commission role ideal for a motivated individual eager to make a meaningful impact.

What Youll Do:

Build Relationships & Drive Referrals:

  • Develop partnerships with hospitals rehab centers senior communities and healthcare providers to generate referrals.
  • Identify and engage potential clients and their families seeking home care solutions.
  • Attend networking events engage on social media and execute local marketing initiatives to grow brand awareness.

Develop & Execute Marketing Strategies:

  • Implement highimpact referral programs and digital marketing campaigns to attract new clients.
  • Utilize social media email marketing and community outreach to strengthen our presence.
  • Analyze marketing performance and adjust strategies for optimal results.

Convert Leads & Drive Business Growth:

  • Engage potential clients through a consultative sales approach to convert leads into billable clients.
  • Educate families about our services and guide them to the right care solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth client onboarding process.
  • Participate in oncall duties on a rotating basis to ensure continuous support for clients.

23 years of experiencein business development sales or marketing (preferably in healthcare home care or senior services).
Gogetter mentality You love networking closing deals and making an impact.
Relationship builder You excel at connecting with people and building trust.
Selfmotivated & adaptable You can work independently and thrive in a busy environment.
Passion for senior care You believe in making a difference in peoples lives.
Valid drivers license & reliable transportation Youll be meeting with clients and partners in the community.
