The Plant Manager will provide leadership to the production organizations in the Allentown factory to meet customer requirements for safety quality delivery and cost. You will drive operational excellence and continue our path of Lean transformation while building on a culture of inclusion and respect for people and continuous improvement. This role will play a key role within the Gas Power Supply Chain organization.

What youll do

• Lead the establishment and attainment of plant goals in Safety Quality Delivery and Cost (SQDC)
• Influence coach and motivate staff leaders to guide the production and support organizations for optimum daytoday operations.
• Work with customers crossfunctional leaders and internal staff to meet production requirements to deliver ontime to our customers and achieve business outcomes.
• Establish site culture and priorities with a clear focus on business effective employee communication & relations and the embodiment of the GE Vernova Way
• Influence the Lean roadmap for the facility and integrate lean principles into the way we do work.
• Leverage budgeting forecasting and SI&OP rhythms to drive the organization to ensure scheduling capacity and headcount are aligned to facilitate plant success.
• Global mindset to share in best practice and strive to ensure all read across items have been implemented.
• Promote a working environment that encourages employee involvement to achieve excellence in all aspects of SQDC and compliance.

What youll bring (Basic Qualifications)

• Bachelors degree from an accredited university or college preferably in mechanical engineering or related technical discipline or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in manufacturing with a minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience.

• You have the ability to collaborate and lead crossfunctionally influencing across a matrix organization while connecting and building relationships with all levels of the site.
• You are someone with strong communication and analytical abilities and the capacity to drive continuous improvement.

• You are someone who can engrain in the team cross functional collaboration with a focus on go and see to support customers and production associates.
• You have a passion for bringing a positive teamcentered method of work to foster a positive employee relations environment.
• You understand the demands of a 24hour manufacturing environment and are comfortable flexing your schedule to support the operating teams.

Pay Transparency

The base pay range for this position is$122600$204400. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety offactors including the candidates experience education and skill set. This position is also eligible for a15 performance bonus/variable incentive compensation/equity.

*The Company pays a geographic differential of 110 120 or 130 of salary in certain areas.
