Four 10hour day shift MondayFriday 7:00am5:30pm
1 rotating day off MondayFriday
No evenings weekends oncall or holidays
Duties include:
Prepping & performing phlebotomy on children up to elderly patients
Preparing samples for pickup
Maintain appropriate supplies inventory
Charting blood draws
Laboratory Assistant No certification or previous experience required $16.0023.50
Senior Laboratory Assistant Requires active phlebotomy certification $17.0025.50
Pathology Technician Bachelors degree required in biology or related subject $22.5036.00
Summary
Responsibilities include phlebotomy collecting preparing and processing specimens biological specimens.Job Description
Assists in performing laboratory activities and other assigned tasks. Aids in preparing laboratory specimens and supplies. May be responsible for entering laboratory orders and results. Ensures the accuracy and quality of laboratory data in a safe and professional work environment.
Qualifications
High school diploma or General Educational Development Diploma (GED) preferred.
Completion of a formal phlebotomy program phlebotomy experience and experience in a laboratoryrelated field preferred. May be required to have Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
