The Junior Adjuster actively adjusts claims while ensuring that business development opportunities are maximized. This involves marketing and followup of opportunities in a timely manner.
Role Summary
Depending on the level of experience and area of expertise the successful candidate will be responsible for the investigation and adjusting of either Property or All Lines claims.
Furthermore you will provide SCM standard quality service and facilitate prompt and equitable settlement of claims within the parameters of corporate policies and standards. The successful candidate will also initiate and followup on business development opportunities. Other duties may be required as needed.

The Junior Adjuster actively adjusts claims while ensuring that business development opportunities are maximized. This involves marketing and followup of opportunities in a timely manner. The profile duties create a dynamic portfolio requiring extremely wellhoned organizational skills that enable day to day activities to be completed while allowing efficient and effective progress of file management activities.
To succeed in this role the ideal candidate should have background/experience in Property LiabilityAuto Accident & Benefits (Section B) and Bodily Injury claims. Although this position will adjustmultiline claims the bulk of the work is in property. Responsibilities include;
