This position is eligible for a $10000 signon bonus dispersed over a period of two years.
Pathways Inc. is looking for a compassionate person to fill a fulltime Registered Nurse (RN) position at our mental health program Lake Breeze Community Residence for Children and Youth located in Canandaigua NY.

Nature of Work:
Under the direction of the Program Director is responsible for coordinating and overseeing all health care services including health education required by the children and adolescents residing in the community residence program.

Minimum Qualifications:
- The incumbent of this position will be a registered professional nurse (RN) with either an associate degree or a bachelors degree a current New York State license and experience working with children/adolescents with serious emotional disturbance.
- Requires a valid drivers license that meets insurability guidelines to operate agency owned vehicles.
- Must meet the requirements related to Criminal History Record checks that became effective April 1 2005 which requires prospective employees to be fingerprinted if they have regular and substantial unsupervised or unrestricted physical contact with people receiving services in our programs regulated by OPWDD.
