Qualifications
Do you desire to build a hardware for key driving components of Electric Vehicle You will be part of Ford Global Advance product development team workingto test & validate the modules and assemblies in the EV eco system.
- Develop and execute comprehensive component and system level test plans for high voltage power electronics including EVSEs Onboard Charger inverter DCDC and High Voltage BMS.
- Design troubleshoot and maintain End of Line (EOL) testers.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams on product requirements hardware validation and failure analysis.
- Lead homologation test planning and .
- Mentor and work with junior engineers and technicians
Responsibilities
- Strong expertise in hardware bringup EMC testing test automation and design validation (DV).
- Proven ability to conceptualize & build HW test setups including end of line testers specify/select equipment and peripherals.
- AN understanding of embedded systems and firmware
- Familiarity with Automotive EMC and Electrical testing standards and practices.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail
- An eagerness to work crossfunctionally in a dynamic environment where you are part of a high performing team.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory requirements for hardware products
- Handson experience prototyping building testing and launching electromechanical systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelors/Masters in electrical /Electronic engineering Computer Engineering or a related field.
- 5 years experience as a Hardware Engineer or Hardware Test Engineer with focus on power electronics.
