Shentel is hiring a PartTime Retail Customer Service Representative (RCSR) in our Bedford Shentel Store. We are looking for a customer service professional to sell Shentel Broadband service through facetoface and over the phone interactions. You will play a pivotal role in keeping your neighbors connected!
We offer a great work environment and competitive hourly pay plus commission opportunities:
- Flexible schedule of 20 to 30 hours a week
- Normal business hours no nights
- Closed Sundays may work one Saturday a month
Must Have:
- Reputation for working in a dynamic fun environment
- Your high school diploma or equivalent
- One year of customer service or call center experience
