The US/Canada strategy team leads highly visible impactful and challenging projects at Levis. The scope of the Manager Strategy US/Canada role spans all channels and the entire USCanada region and . The ideal candidate possesses the ability to shift quickly from longrange planning to inseason business management on an ongoing basis.
You will report into the Director of Commercial Strategy US & Canada and work in close partnership with the SVP of US/Canada in addition to our channel leaders and strategy partners across the business.
About the Job
Support USCanada leadership for weekly discussions monthly business performance reviews biannual workshops and 3year strategic planning
Lead task forces including planning any workshops and brainstorm sessions; serve as an advisor on an ongoing basis with commercial partners
Deliver projectbased work that includes competitor overviews and strategic recommendations whitespace opportunity analysis development of new processes or ways of working etc.
Work with our internal Marketplace & Consumer Insights team to track and share out updates against important consumer segments competitors and trends
Manage the USCanada strategy cohort weekly meetings
About You
5 years in corporate finance management consulting or investment banking having worked with or in the retail industry
Deliver datadriven recommendations in the context of an everchanging retail landscape
Cut through the noise and distill what is important for the business and where to focus energy and efforts; exercise judgment to understand what is important for the business and the ability to organize and prioritize
Experience working with leaders and business partners within a matrixed organization and the ability to proactively to figure it out if the path forward is not clear
Analytical insightful and thorough in their work product; and clear concise and organized in their communication style
Unafraid to speak up and share their perspective when it furthers the discussion and ask the right questions to reach clarity
Passionate about retail apparel and the unique role that Levis occupies within American culture
Ready for a highvisibility role that is at the nerve center of the business
This is a hybrid position based in our San Francisco CA headquarters. You will be expected in office 3 days per week typically TuesdayThursday. Note time in office can vary depending on business needs.
The expected starting salary range for this role is $97800$147300 per year.We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. The amount a particular employee will earn within the salary range will be based on factors such as relevant education qualifications performance and business needs.
