This group works backwards from deep customer insights to deliver solutions that seamlessly integrate into brownfield and greenfield deployments with safety as a top priority. In addition Sustainable Packaging solutions are a thread that impacts and connects all parts of the Amazon Stores supply chain and customer experience. They take ownership for the entire packaging experience including selling partner design first/middle/last mile and total customer experience. They eliminate waste and packaging wherever possible. Where Amazon added packaging is required they are transitioning from singleuse plastics to curbside recyclable paperbased materials.
