Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of technicians offering guidance support and training to ensure highquality work
- Diagnose complex mechanical issues providing technical expertise and troubleshooting for Sprinter Vans
- Assign work to technicians ensuring efficient adherence to quality standards and timely completion of repair orders
- Perform system diagnostics full automotive troubleshooting and testing on Sprinter Vans
- Roadtest vehicles to ensure the quality of repairs and that customer expectations are met
- Collaborate with service advisors parts and sales departments to maintain smooth workflow and excellent customer satisfaction
- Conduct inspections of work in progress and completed repairs to ensure accuracy and quality
- Stay current with industry trends technological advancements and best practices in the automotive service industry
- Maintain an organized and clean shop area while ensuring safety and compliance with dealership and factory standards
- Continuously learn new technical information and techniques to enhance performance and shop operations
Qualifications:
- Previous Sprinter Van Technician Experience (required)
- Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certification in brakes electrical/electronic systems or engine performance (preferred)
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
- Experience with CDK Dealer Services or dealership technology (a plus)
- Strong focus on customer service quality and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and lead a team in a fastpaced performancedriven environment
- Professional appearance strong work ethic and positive attitude
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Desire to work in a commissionbased performancedriven environment
