Working within the Global Professional Services Group this role will be focused on the delivery and coordination of both technical works and small implementations for both new and existing customers.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple requests for both Technical works and coordination of small implementation projects/small consultancy works
• Ensuring requests are dealt with promptly and efficiently in accordance with Service Level Agreements
• Delivering excellent customer service in a fastpaced environment
• Coordinating interdependent activities
• Proactively engaging with our customers taking the initiative to chase them for updates ensuring customers meet their deadlines to ensure work is delivered to schedule
• Track and monitor activity updating internal systems and reporting on delivery activity and project/work status
• Work with the project consultants to control scope
• Proactively search out knowledge of products and processes
• Interface with Delivery Lead and Team Leader to communicate status regularly and escalate when necessary
• Manage budgets and trigger payment milestones
• Enhance and improve documentation and processes as required with a focus on continuous improvement
• Undertake other work/project types as required by Line Manager

Skills Knowledge and Experience

Essential:

• Strong organisational and communication skills including proactively contacting customers and instigating difficult conversations with stakeholders both internally and externally
• Comfortable to proactively challenge both internally and externally to ensure project/work stays on track
• Experience of planning and/or resource allocation Project Coordination or Project Management Office
• Demonstrable experience of coordinating teams/ workstreams to achieve a common goal
• Attention to detail and thoroughness in all aspects of the project lifecycle
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Ability to handle multiple tasks calmly and efficiency in a fastpaced environment

Desirable:

• AS A level or HND in Computer Science or similar qualification
