Claims Assessor Starting salary circa 25100 Fixed Term Contract 12 months
Were looking for a passionate individual to join our Group Life Claims Team as Claims Assessor. Our team handles a variety of products including Group Life claims.
A bit about the job:
As a member of our team youll be at the forefront of delivering exceptional customer service. Youll tackle daily queries process claims and resolve problems with finesse. Your excellent telephone techniques numeracy literacy and communication skills will shine as you build and maintain strong relationships with our panel of intermediaries helping us retain our valued portfolio of business.
Skills and experience were looking for:
- Experience in delivering topnotch customer service
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications especially Excel
- Ability to seek and provide constructive feedback for personal and team development
- Approachable and able to build rapport easily with colleagues
- Positive attitude towards change willing to challenge the status quo and offer innovative solutions.

- Starting salary circa 25100 (depending on location skills experience and qualifications)
