- Support the growth of WAs quantum ecosystem through partnerships events and engagement.
- Fulltime appointment on a fixed term basis for 2 years.
- Base salary range: $91833 $97052. p.a. (prorata) plus 17 superannuation.
About the area
The Australia Centre for Quantum Growth Quantum Australia WA node serves as a pivotalhub for collaboration among key leaders in academia industry and government. Its mission is to accelerate the development and adoption of quantum technologies empoweringAustralia and particularly Western Australia to take a leadership role in the rapidly evolvingglobal quantum ecosystem.
Through its initiatives the WA node bridges the gap between curiosity and advocacy guiding individuals and organizations along the journey from understanding quantum potential to championing its applications. By connecting researchers policymakers and industry leaders it drives the adoption of quantum solutions that address critical challenges and unlock new opportunities across diverse sectors.
The WA node aims to nurture a vibrant ecosystem of quantum innovators and entrepreneurs. It aspires to make Western Australia a cornerstone of the global quantum ecosystem ensuring the region plays a leading role in driving innovation and creating meaningful impact on the world stage.
About the opportunity
- Develop and implement programs to engage industry academia and government fostering strategic partnerships and expanding participation in the quantum ecosystem.
- Plan and coordinate events manage communications and marketing (including social media) and promote visibility of Quantum Australias WA Node both locally and nationally.
- Collaborate with national facilitators contribute to research and economic partnerships and support initiatives that strengthen WAs position in the global quantum landscape.
About you
- Relevant tertiary qualification or demonstrated equivalent competency.
- Substantial relevant experience in stakeholder engagement event coordination and community capacity building managing diverse collaborations across industry and academia.
- Proficiency in project management CRM systems and data management handling complex issues and multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills with a serviceoriented approach to community and client engagement.
- Proven ability to coordinate events and activities while effectively managing internal and external stakeholder relationships.
