SOLON HIGH SCHOOL
The Solon Community School District is in search of a Social Studies/Business Teacherfor the2526 school year. We are looking for a qualified and enthusiastic teacher to join our high school faculty. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of history government and current events with the ability to inspire students to become informed and active citizens. This teacher will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons facilitating discussions and helping students develop essential skills for success in college careers and life. This position would include halftime Social Studies and halftime Business/CTE.

The Solon CSD is located in the heart of the Cedar Rapids/Iowa City corridor area. The district educates approximately 1500 PK12 students with expected steady growth over the next several years. Solon is a growing community that values a strong partnership with the school district and a strong curricular and extra curricular program focused on supporting students to learn lead and grow.
