Programme Description
Blackstones Summer Analyst Program is 10weeks in length and will provide participants broad exposure to the Firm. The Program offers Summer Analysts various technical training and professional development opportunities the ability to network with professionals across all business units and a robust mentorship experience to allow the participants to be fully immersed in the Blackstone culture.
Summer Analyst Position:
This individual will be a member of the UK Corporate Finance team. Working closely with teams in London Luxembourg USA and the Centre of Excellence (COE) in India.
Responsibilities may include:
Fund accounting and administration: work directly with internal and external teams to strike monthly NAVs and validate corporate level activity including but not limited to monthly subscription and redemption activity distributions management fee calculations liquidity forecasting and corporate G&A
Liquidity Management / Investor transactions: actively monitoring the liquidity of the fund structure including supporting treasury operations for monthly investor subscriptions redemptions and distributions; liaising with stakeholders to ensure sufficient cash is available when and where required; coordinate with the appointed service providers to monitor funds available for distribution to support the funds distribution policy
FP&A: Analyse financial information to provide meaningful accurate and timely financialperformance reporting to the board and other senior stakeholders for decision making purposes
Financial Reporting: support with the delivery of half yearly financial statements in accordancewith IFRS/local GAAP and AIFMD and local regulatory requirements and provide financialinformation to the Fund boards and other senior stakeholders
Assistance with ad hoc analysis and other management reporting as required
Qualifications

The successful candidate must possess:
Fluent in English both written and oral
Good communication (oral and written) team player organization skills

To be considered for the 2025 Summer Analyst Programme applicants must meet the following criteria:
Currently enrolled as an undergraduate or masters student
Anticipated graduation date: Summer 2026CV must include expected graduation month/year and grade
CV must be in PDF format
Knowledge of accounting and finance and experience of investment banking are desirable but not necessary.
